Description

ThermoArt Black Art is an extruded thermoplastic sheet made in Spain by Green Stuff World, designed for cosplay, modeling, and performing arts. The XL size (1000×500 mm) makes it perfect for large-scale costume parts like chest plates, props, and masks.

It is heat-activated at around 80 °C using a hot air gun, becoming soft and shapeable before hardening again on cooling. The material features built-in hot-melt adhesive on both sides for quick assembly without additional glue. One side is smooth, the other finely textured – offering creative flexibility for different project needs.
ThermoArt can be easily cut, sanded (280–600 grit), and painted with acrylics or flexible paints for professional-looking results.

✅ Ideal for large cosplay builds and prop-making
✅ Double-sided adhesive – no glue required
✅ Heat-formable, reusable & easy to correct
✅ Can be cut, sanded, and painted
✅ Smooth & textured finish for creative control
