Description

ThermoArt Armor Grey XL is an extruded thermoplastic sheet manufactured in Spain by Green Stuff World for cosplay, modeling, and performance arts. With dual-sided adhesion and excellent malleability, it’s a professional-grade material for large-scale creations.

Activated by heat (around 80 °C), it becomes moldable and retains shape once cooled. It can be cut, sanded (recommended grit: 280–600), and painted with acrylic or flexible paints. One side is smooth, the other finely textured, providing multiple finish options.

It’s made of polyester with mineral fillers and can be reheated and reshaped, making it a reusable material perfect for adjusting designs on the go.
