Description

ThermoArt Armor Grey L2 is an extruded thermoplastic sheet made in Spain by Green Stuff World, specifically developed for cosplay, theatrical props, and modeling. Its excellent flexibility, dual-sided hot-melt adhesive, and reusable nature make it ideal for complex and large-scale creative work.

The sheet softens when heated with a hot air gun (approx. 80 °C) and can be molded into shape before hardening again when cooled. It’s easy to cut, sand (recommended grit: 280–600), and paint with acrylic or flexible paints. One side is smooth, and the other is finely textured, offering multiple finish options.

Thanks to its polyester and mineral filler composition, the material can be reheated and reshaped to correct mistakes without waste.

✅ Great for large armor, masks & detailed props
✅ Dual-sided adhesive – no additional glue needed
✅ Reusable by reheating – ideal for adjustments
✅ Cuttable, sandable, paintable with acrylic/flexible paints
✅ Smooth and textured surfaces for creative flexibility
